Chicago Celtic Capital, LLC, provides our Clients and Investment Partners with financial capital service as they proceed with the acquisition of real estate assets, which include existing income producing properties, performing and non-performing loans, and foreclosed OREO's, and/or new development projects.

Chicago Celtic Capital, LLC has established a unique network of European and domestic Investment Partners who desire to deploy capital into markets in the United States. The firm has been organized to provide Capital Services on a 'fee for service basis' to our European and domestic Investment Partners. Alternatively, we will co-invest along side our European and domestic Investment Partners.

As investments are secured, or assets acquired, Chicago Celtic Capital, LLC has the depth and experience of managing the oversight of such investments or acquisitions.

Chicago Celtic Capital specializes in securing all types of capital for the upper tier of the Capital Structure. Through equity investment or a combination of equity and mezzanine debt, Chicago Celtic Capital delivers flexible financing options to meet a variety of client and partner objectives.
