Michael Kelly, co-Founding Partner
As a premier General Contractor since 1984, Mr. Kelly has successfully completed many commercial, residential and industrial projects up to $400mm in size in the Chicago area. In 2003 the company expanded to Milwaukee to capitalize on emerging Midwestern opportunities. His work in real estate development and construction provides Chicago Celtic Capital with a keen insight that will benefit the fund during a sponsor's underwriting for new development, or redevelopment, of real estate.
Peter Ulrich, co-Founding Partner
Mr. Ulrich has been actively involved in the national real estate markets since 1980. His work with investment grade real estate and the global capital markets provides Chicago Celtic Capital with an experienced perspective on investment opportunities. He also has a vast network of resources that can assist in vetting real estate offerings as well as new sponsors as they are presented for consideration. He has been involved in billions of dollars of real estate transactions including the acquisition, joint venture investment, disposition, equity and debt financing, and asset management that, in the aggregate, value in excess of $7 billion. Prior to his work with Chicago Celtic Capital Mr. Ulrich has been associated with such firms as Cushman & Wakefield, Heitman Financial Services, Ltd., JRM Associates Real Estate Advisors, Ltd. and was a co-founding partner of a $100 million equity fund, Rock Equities, LLC that was established in 2000. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, PREA/NCREIF, and the Chicago Real Estate Council.
